These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, memberships, and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by ClickSilo LLC, doing business as ClickSilo Digital and its related brands (“ClickSilo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. Our services
ClickSilo provides online development, digital marketing, and membership services, and operates online businesses that may sell digital products, subscriptions, and memberships. Specific features, pricing, and deliverables are described at the point of sale or in a separate written agreement or statement of work. Where a separate agreement exists, it controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
3. Pricing & payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes.
We do not store your full card number. Your payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Subscriptions & memberships
Some Services are offered on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annual memberships). By subscribing you authorize recurring charges at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: you may cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Price changes: we will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change to a subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
- Free trials: if a trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank — we can usually resolve it quickly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- share, resell, or redistribute membership content or account access without permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Services;
- upload malicious code or infringe the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Services and all content, trademarks, logos, and software we provide are owned by ClickSilo or our licensors and are protected by law. Purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use, unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Ownership of custom client work is governed by the applicable project agreement.
8. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors, hosting, or analytics providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
9. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Marketing services aim to improve results, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, or other outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickSilo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClickSilo and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
